WILD Hot Fusion

The WILD Hot Fusion Sequence is our signature class. It is a vigorous dynamic class set to contemporary music. The body is opened, cleansed, and energized through a set series of postures and flows systematically designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance; utilizing controlled breath to movement with a focused gaze to bring forth a calm, stable state. This class begins at 105°F with elevated humidity. Arrive properly hydrated.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and passive style of yoga that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, in the body. It is characterized by long-held, relaxed poses that are mostly performed laying on the mat. Yin Yoga focuses on stillness and surrender, allowing the practitioner to access deeper layers of the body and mind. It teaches practitioners to breathe through mild discomfort and sit with their internal thoughts and emotions. This class begins at 105°F with elevated humidity and temperature gradually increases with breathwork. Arrive properly hydrated.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a non-set sequence. It focuses on the body moving in sync with the breath, creating fluid movements. The focus on linking breath and movement cultivates mindfulness and helps establish a meditative state during the practice. The style, pace, and intensity will vary depending on the instructor as they create their own sequence. This class begins at 105°F with elevated humidity. Arrive properly hydrated.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga poses with strength training exercises to sculpt, tone, and challenge your body and mind. This dynamic workout integrates weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to build lean muscle mass while enhancing flexibility and balance.


Designed for all fitness levels, this class offers modifications and variations to accommodate beginners through advanced participants. This class begins at 95°F with low humidity. Arrive properly hydrated.

Yogalates

Hot Yogalates is a mix of yoga and Pilates, combining the flexibility, mindfulness, and breathing techniques of yoga with the core strengthening, alignment, and controlled movements of Pilates. This class is designed to improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance, while also focusing on mental clarity and relaxation. This class begins at 105°F with elevated humidity. Arrive properly hydrated.

Warm Slow Flow Yoga

A warm, meditative class of intentional movement guided by breath where we spend a little more time in each posture and focus on flowing through slow transitions. This class begins at 95°F with elevated humidity. Arrive properly hydrated.
